We offer international shipping to select locations worldwide. Please refer to the below list to check if we ship to your country. If your country is not listed, kindly contact our customer support for further assistance.

The United Kingdom, Europe, USA, Canada, China Mainland, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic Of Korea, Kuwait, Mexico, Qatar, India, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan Region, Thailand, U.A.E., Japan, Brazil, Isle of Man, San Marino, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Egypt, Lebanon, Hong Kong SAR, Bahrain and Turkey.

Please note that order processing takes one/two days at busy periods. Kindly be aware that we do not process or ship orders during Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Additionally, depending on the destination, customs and duty fees may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.  

PO Boxes & Mail Forwarding Companies:

As a business, we regret to inform you that we are unable to fulfil shipping requests to PO Boxes or Mail Forwarding companies. In such instances, regrettably, we will be compelled to cancel your order.


Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number. To track your order, simply click on the "TRACK MY ORDER" button provided in the email or visit the Royal Mail website using the tracking link.

Order Changes or Cancellations:

We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Our processing system begins immediately upon receipt of the order.

Error Message during Order Placement:

If you encountered an error message while placing your order, please ensure that you have received an order confirmation email from us. If you did not receive one, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance in verifying if your order was successfully processed.

Delayed Package:

In the event that your package is experiencing a delay, please remain calm. Occasionally, customs may hold packages for further verification regarding shipping details. If you have concerns about the status of your package, please contact our customer support for assistance.

Non-Receipt of Confirmation Email:

Upon successful order placement, you should receive an order confirmation email at the provided email address. If you cannot locate it in your inbox, kindly check your spam folder as it may have been mistakenly filtered. Should you still be unable to find the confirmation email, please get in touch with us through the "Contact Us" page.

Please note that our order processing and customer service hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
